Welcome to Employee Self Service

The Employee Self Service (ESS) portal provides City of Mobile employees with the ability to view information such as leave, paychecks, W2s, etc., and the ability to update certain personal information. User Name and Password are required at Log In. To Log In to the ESS portal, please click the login link in the upper right corner of this page.

To logout of ESS, click on the User Icon on the top right side of the screen and click on Log Out on the drop-down menu. Always click on Log Out when you have completed using ESS.
